A creator link is not a traffic strategy by itself
Sending more people toward Amazon does not guarantee useful traffic. The operating question is whether the content created a relevant shopping intent and whether the link sends that shopper to a destination that matches the job.
Supported surfaces and promotion boundaries matter
Organic creator traffic and paid or boosted promotion are not interchangeable. Program restrictions, disclosure requirements, site-list accuracy, and link-placement rules belong inside the traffic workflow rather than being checked after publication.
Track where the shopper came from
Store IDs and link-source tracking help separate traffic sources so clicks, orders, and commission signals can be interpreted with context. Without source awareness, a spike in activity can be difficult to reproduce or diagnose.
Build content series, not link dumps
Repeatable product-content series can create a clearer relationship between audience intent and Amazon destinations. A weekly traffic review can then examine qualified clicks and orders while identifying weak links, unclear disclosures, or content that attracts attention without useful shopper intent.
The Amazon Influencer Traffic Loop™ turns this approach into 12 chapters of workflows, decision rules, measurement, experiments, SOPs, and implementation worksheets.
