Shipping policy

Mindset Media Group operates a digital-only Shopify storefront. Products sold directly through this store are digital products, digital subscriptions, or professional digital services. No physical item is shipped by Mindset Media Group through the Shopify catalog, and Shopify-store purchases do not require parcel shipping, carrier tracking, customs processing, or a physical delivery window.

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful checkout through the delivery method made available for the order, which may include the order confirmation, customer account, or an authorized digital-delivery workflow. If expected access is missing, verify the email address used at checkout and your customer account, then contact Customer Service with the order number.

Purchasing a professional digital service begins the project path; it is not a shipment of a finished physical item. The Project Guide and Customer Portal are used for intake, source files, scope confirmation, review, approvals, and digital delivery as applicable to the purchased service. Final deliverables are provided digitally after the relevant work and quality review are complete.

The Mindset Media Group Knowledge Subscription is digital and renews monthly. The selected Monthly, Bi-weekly, or Weekly product variant identifies the curated digital-resource cadence described on the product page. No parcel is shipped.

Mindset Media Group does not charge physical shipping fees for products sold directly through this digital-only Shopify catalog. Taxes or other charges required by law may still apply at checkout.

Optional Creator Merch is fulfilled externally by Sticker Mule. Merchandise checkout, printing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and applicable order support are handled through Sticker Mule and are subject to the terms shown on that external purchase path.
