Most products sold through MMG are digital downloads, guides, templates, resources, education products, or access-based assets. Delivery may happen through instant download, secure links, email delivery, product pages, account access, or customer portal access.

  • Please use an accurate email address at checkout.
  • If a link is missing, expired, inaccessible, or not working, contact support.
  • If your order can be verified, MMG may restore access or resend delivery information.
  • Digital products generally do not require physical shipping.
02 Publishing Services

Your publishing project is a professional production service.

Publishing services may include manuscript development, editorial refinement, AI-assisted content organization, book formatting, cover direction, listing preparation, publishing guidance, creator education, and digital asset production. The exact scope depends on the service or package you purchased.

  • You may need to provide manuscripts, notes, files, images, brand direction, references, and project goals.
  • Timeline estimates may depend on project complexity, your response time, revision needs, and production workload.
  • MMG may use editorial review, AI-assisted systems, analytics, formatting tools, and internal quality-control workflows.
  • You are responsible for final publication decisions, factual verification, legal review, and platform compliance.
03 AI-Assisted Work

AI supports the work, but your review still matters.

MMG may use artificial intelligence to support research organization, drafting, structure, formatting, editorial refinement, content expansion, workflow acceleration, and production assistance. AI can occasionally create deviations, inconsistencies, omissions, formatting issues, factual errors, or language that needs correction.

  • Please review every deliverable before publication, commercial use, or public distribution.
  • If you notice an AI-related issue, tell MMG clearly so it can be reviewed through the appropriate support or revision path.
  • Your feedback about AI deviations may be used to improve future editorial and production standards.
  • MMG’s value is the combination of AI-assisted production, editorial judgment, publishing structure, and customer review.
04 Rewrite Guarantee

You may qualify for one complimentary editorial rewrite within 30 days.

For eligible manuscript-based publishing services, MMG offers one complimentary editorial rewrite or improvement cycle within 30 days of initial delivery if you are not satisfied with how the manuscript or publishing deliverable was assembled.

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial delivery.
  • Your request must relate to the original project scope.
  • The complimentary cycle may include research, analytics, editorial polishing, reformatting, readability improvement, structural refinement, and appropriate content enhancement.
  • New manuscripts, new concepts, unrelated deliverables, major scope changes, or platform-specific publishing work outside the purchased scope may require a separate service.
  • MMG may ask for examples, goals, comments, or clarification before beginning the complimentary rewrite.
05 Refunds & Returns

MMG reviews issues individually and works to resolve them first.

Because MMG products are primarily digital, electronically accessed, or custom-produced, refunds and returns are handled differently from standard physical goods. Legitimate access problems, duplicate purchases, technical issues, and service concerns may be reviewed individually.

  • Digital products are generally non-returnable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
  • Custom publishing services may not be refundable once production has begun, depending on work completed.
  • MMG prioritizes correction, access restoration, eligible revisions, and customer support before refund escalation.
  • Please contact MMG before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed and handled professionally.
06 Shipping

Most MMG assets do not ship physically.

Digital products, publishing deliverables, templates, guides, resources, and service files are delivered electronically unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

  • Digital products: no physical shipping required.
  • Publishing services: delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
  • Physical merchandise or printed goods: handled according to the applicable product description and fulfillment method.
  • Any future physical product shipping windows will be displayed where relevant.
07 Your Role

You guide the final direction and approve final use.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, submitting required files, reviewing deliverables, verifying facts, confirming names, checking dates, clearing rights, approving final use, and communicating revision requests clearly.

  • Please review all files before publication or distribution.
  • You are responsible for factual verification, legal review, copyright clearance, and platform compliance.
  • Submitted material should not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or third-party rights.
  • Timely feedback helps prevent project delays.
08 IP & Privacy

Your materials remain your materials unless otherwise agreed.

You retain ownership of your original manuscripts, source materials, personal content, and submitted files unless otherwise agreed in writing. MMG-created templates, systems, frameworks, internal processes, educational structures, page layouts, and proprietary workflows remain MMG property unless explicitly transferred.

  • Private manuscripts, notes, and project materials are handled as confidential project materials.
  • Customer files may be used to complete services, provide support, improve deliverables, and maintain appropriate project records.
  • MMG does not guarantee sales results, bestseller status, marketplace approval, ranking, viral growth, income, or third-party platform outcomes.
