This license upgrade is for customers who need broader commercial rights than the standard personal-use purchase provides. It expands permission for a defined use without transferring copyright or ownership.
License levels
- Creator Commercial License — $49: one creator, freelancer, or sole proprietor using one eligible asset in their own revenue-generating workflow.
- Team License — $99: shared authorized internal use of one eligible asset within one organization or small team.
- Agency / Client-Work License — $199: defined use of one eligible asset within client-service work. Redistribution of the original source asset is not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Eligibility: This upgrade applies only to assets Mindset Media Group identifies as eligible for commercial licensing. If you are unsure, confirm the asset through the Commercial Licensing page before purchase. Include or reply with the exact asset/product title so the written license can be bound to the correct intellectual property.
Not included: resale of the source file, public redistribution, marketplace upload, sublicensing beyond the written scope, or claiming ownership of Mindset Media Group intellectual property.
